Although we do many implant treatments we are comitted to saving diseased teeth where possible. In this regard we adhere to the policy statment of the American Academy of Periodontology, which states: AAP treatment guidelines stress that periodontal health should be achieved in the least invasive and most cost-effective manner. (Click on menu item on top menu bar for more information).
Dental implants
Most of surgical (implant placement) , restorative (teeth on top of the implants) and maintenance (regular follow up visits with our dental hygienists) services are provided at the practice.
The first consultation will involve a discussion relating to the patient's needs followed by the required clinical and radiological (x-ray) examination. A complete treatment plan and cost estimate will then be presented to the patient at a later stage - either via email or at a following consultation.

Loose teeth are most often the result of moderate to severe gum infection. This 'looseness' (mobility) means that there has been destruction of the supporting bone of the teeth. In many cases the infection surrounding the teeth can be successfully treated and the teeth saved. Ask your dentist or periodontist about procedures which can save your teeth before deciding on having them removed.
